Kaveo ("Kaveo", "we", "us") provides done-for-you growth services for small businesses — websites, hosting, Google reviews, and related customer follow-up. This policy explains what information we collect through kaveo.io, how we use it, and the providers that help us run the service.
Information we collect
- Details you send us. When you book a demo or email us, we collect your name, business name, the contact details (email or phone) you provide, and anything you write to us.
- Service records. If you become a client, we keep the records needed to run your service — for example, for our review-request tool, the customer phone numbers your business asks us to text and whether a request was sent, replied to, or opted out.
- Payment details. If you pay for a service, your payment is handled by our payment processor. Your full card number is entered directly with them and is never seen or stored on Kaveo's systems.
- Basic usage data. Like most sites, our host logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule a demo, and provide the services you ask for.
- To keep in touch about your account or work in progress.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and our service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us operate, and only as needed to deliver the service — or where required by law. Those providers are:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and traffic logging.
- Discord — a new demo request is sent to our private team channel so we can follow up.
- Supabase — the database that stores service records.
- Twilio — sends text messages for our review-request service, where that service is used.
- Anthropic — AI assistance we use to help draft content and analyze business information.
- Stripe — processes payments when you buy a service.
Text messages
Our review-request service sends SMS on a business's behalf to customers that the business asks us to contact. Standard message and data rates may apply. Anyone can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we honor it immediately.
How we protect it
Access to our database is restricted to our own servers — the website itself holds no database keys. We keep credentials in encrypted secret stores, serve the site over HTTPS, and limit access to personal information to what's needed to run the service.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@kaveo.io.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set essential cookies needed for the site to function.
